About
ZAV-Künstlervermittlung Tanz is an employment agency for dance professionals. In order to help dancers find permanent employment we are in close contact with many dance employers in Germany and various neighboring countries: national and municipal theatres, companies, artistic directors, producers and choreographers.
After being accepted into our artist agency, dancers benefit from the personal recommendations, expertise and professional network of our team, who were themselves dancers, choreographers and artistic directors. Our service is free.
The basic requirement to be accepted is participation in one of our ZAV Audition Days which we are regularly holding in around 10 cities per season. Participants complete a typical audition process as an example. This is how our team can gain a comprehensive understanding of your skills and assess how we might be able to place you.
Please format your application to us the same way you would an email application to your favorite dance company or project.

- we will let you know if you got a place in one of by Wednesday, 28th of January 26
- we cannot cover your travel costs
- your participation does not assure the acceptance into our agency
